You may use this portal and its public content for lawful, personal, and business-information purposes. Product-specific services may present additional terms before account creation, purchase, participation, or download.
Accounts and communities
Where a Realm product offers an account, you are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not misuse services, impersonate others, disrupt communities, bypass safeguards, or violate another person's rights.
Content and intellectual property
Digital Realm Entertainment and its licensors retain rights in the portal, brands, software, artwork, media, and other supplied materials. Product rules will explain the rights you grant for content you submit. These terms do not transfer ownership of your original content to Digital Realm Entertainment.
Availability and changes
Services may change, pause, or end as products develop. We work to provide reliable and secure access but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Realm Entertainment is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a free public portal.
